Since the first phases of the planning study, working in continuous contact with the customer in order not to ignore his preferences, our team will provide for:

verification of land ownership: checking the authenticity and accuracy of the deed of ownership prior to purchase. This would include verification of the area of the land by the taking of accurate measurements. This is important to a buyer because sellers have been known to overstate plot sizes to unwitting buyers.

site surveys and inspections: inspection of a plot of land to establish its potential for purchase with regard to price, location and suitability for intended use. Consideration would be given to the future provision of mains services, roads, whether the land is liable to flood or drought, suitability of the environment for potential use, and advice on permit requirements.

building consultancy: regular site inspections of the property whilst under construction. Essential support in the case in which the customer reside abroad while the home is being built to ensure building standards are being maintained, that suitable materials are being used, the property is being built according to the architects design and specifications and, most importantly, that work is completed on its due date. This will include a final inspection of the completed property and the implementation and supervision of any snagging works.

building inspections: in the case of extents, modifications or reorganizations, we can offer to the customer our expert advice and guidance on the best ways to go about the work, recommend quality tradesmen and oversee the progress until completion.

legal and administrative assistance: it will be our cure to recommend our customers on the solution most suitable to legally manage their property ; in cooperation with the more quoted legal and administrative studies of the Island and the full respect of the law and of the current regulations, we can guarantee our customers the lasting use of their property free from problems and risks.
