Island
A tropical island similar in size to Singapore, Phuket is much more than just a spectacular holiday destination.
It’s now home to literally thousand of expats who have found the tropical climate,
stunning vistas and international standard facilities very much to their liking.
There’s a wealth of recent and new property development on the island, with a wide range of choices,
from less then 200 € a month rentals to multimillion dollar sea view villas.
Much of this development has taken particular care to blend in with the outstanding natural scenery,
complementing, rather than blighting, the environment.
Phuket’s tourism development has also brought many advantages to expat who have made Phuket their home,
with international restaurants of all varieties, multiplex cinemas, supermarkets and department stores
to guarantee that all the comforts of home are at hand.
The island’s tropical climate means residents can enjoy Phuket’s championship golf courses,
tennis courts, acclaimed sailing and diving grounds, exciting water sports and natural wonders all year around.
Phuket’s state-of-the-art telecommunications, word-class schools and hospitals and an international airport,
whit direct flights to main Asian and Europeans capitals, make moving a business or family to paradise
an absolute pleasure, which is why so many have decided that Phuket makes the ideal home.
Much of the high-end development for the international market over the last 20 years has been along
Phuket’s western coastline, particularly between Bangtao and Patong, and near the island’s most popular
tourist beaches and resorts.
However, with land prices along this stretch now very high, developers have begun to look at others areas of the island.
Of particular note are the recent announcements of new million-dollar home development in Kata, Chalong and Nai Harn.
Large expansive developments are also planned for the east coast, overlooking scenically magnificent Phang Nga Bay.
